Shipping policy

Every artifact is thoughtfully prepared before it begins its journey to you.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 3 business days for your personalized artwork to be reviewed, professionally prepared, and released for shipping.

Because each piece is created specifically for you, this preparation time helps ensure your artifact is produced with the care and quality it deserves.

Shipping

Complimentary FedEx Ground (1–5 business days) shipping is included in the price with every order within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days, including processing and shipping time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

A Thoughtful Arrival

Your artifact is created to become a lasting part of the environment you intentionally cultivate. Thank you for allowing us the time to prepare it with care before it arrives in your home.
